I graduated from IIT Delhi in 1984 and, like many engineers of my generation, began my career with excitement, optimism, and no idea what was really coming. My first chapter was at Maruti Suzuki, where I spent 8 formative years being a small part of building one of India’s most iconic companies.

 

That was followed by 7 years in the United States, working in the healthcare IT industry — where I saw up close how systems succeed, and how people struggle inside them.

Over the next 12 years, I held senior leadership roles at Kanbay (later Capgemini), Barclays, and Sungard. I led large teams & delivered global programs. I sat in high-stakes rooms where careers, businesses, and ideas were debated. I learnt immensely — from both triumphs and setbacks, and from mentors who challenged me to do more and grow.

But somewhere along the way, a deeper calling emerged. I didn’t just want to lead, I wanted to help others grow.

So I pivoted to v 3.0.

For the past 13+ years, I’ve been working as a leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant — designing and delivering high-impact workshops and coaching journeys across industries, countries, and cultures. I’ve had the privilege of training and coaching over 10,000 professionals, from young managers to senior leaders.
